Next GearGen offers FREE SHIPPING worldwide on all orders from 2 items wherever you are. We’re committed to making sure your package arrives safely and on time, so we provide tracking numbers with every order to ensure that you can monitor your shipment as it travels to your doorstep.

Order Confirmation

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an email confirmation with the details of your purchase and shipping information. 

Please double-check the accuracy of the address (country, street number, unit, etc.) and let us know immediately if there are any mistakes. If you don’t receive this confirmation email within 24 hours, be sure to check your spam folder before reaching out to us.

International Standard Shipping

We work hard to process all orders within approximately 12 hours to 48 hours. Delivery times vary based on your location, generally taking between 5-10 business days. 

There may be times when shipping takes longer due to things we can’t control, like:

  1. Bad weather
  2. Holiday seasons
  3. Errors by the shipping company

Even though we can’t control these situations, we will do our best to keep you informed with the latest updates and make sure your order gets to you as soon as possible.

How to Track Your Order

After your order is confirmed, you’ll receive an Order Acknowledgement email with your order details. When your order ships, we’ll send you a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking information, carrier details, order date and time, status updates, and any available package tracking numbers.

Change of Shipping Address

If you notice that your order is going to the wrong address, please email us at support@nextgeargen.com as soon as possible so we can help correct it.

Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel an order, please reach out to us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to help. However, since orders are quickly sent to the warehouse for processing, we can’t guarantee cancellations. If your order has already been processed or shipped, unfortunately, we won’t be able to cancel it.
